ROAD TRANSPORT REGULATIONS
FIRST PART
And Basic Provisions
CHAPTER
Purpose, Scope, Basis and Definitions
Aim
ARTICLE 1 - (1) The purpose of this regulation, road transport activities in the country's economy as required to organize, transport operations in order and ensure safety, the carrier, agent, moving jobs, brokerage, transportation jobs, promoter, shipping warehouse management, shipping management, logistics management, terminal management distribution business and related transportation activities for the financial qualifications, professional competence, professional standing policy in accordance with the market access conditions and the activities of those who send, those passengers, workers rights, responsibilities and obligations to identify, transport activities Employment and transportation activities used in the vehicle, tools, equipment, buildings, facilities and the like to determine the nature, road transport with other transport system and serve as a complement to each other, control, and existing facilities to be used to provide a more useful way.
Scope

Article 3 - (1) This Regulation Road Transport Act No. 4925 dated 07.10.2003 and No. 3348 dated 04/09/1987 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Transport is prepared based on the Law.
Definitions
ARTICLE 4 - (1) Road Transport Act No. 4925, dated 10.07.2003, in addition to the definitions mentioned mentioned in these Regulations;

aa) of professional competence training: Activities under this Regulation in order to gain a vocational qualification training is given under the relevant legislation,
